WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER? HAS A PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (DPO) BEEN APPOINTED?

WHAT CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
To let you have access to the contents and services available in our website, we may ask you:
We do not process the data relating to the payment method indicated by you (e.g. payment card number and security code), which are instead collected exclusively by the chosen payment service provider.
The data essential for the use of our services are marked with an asterisk: failing to provide this information, we will therefore not be able to make the products and services you requested available to you.
For profiling and/or statistical analysis purposes, we may also collect the information obtained by examining your interaction with us, through e-mails, our website and through the Apps that may be developed by us or by third parties (for more information, we invite you to consult the relative privacy policies).

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA OUTSIDE EU?
Data collected may be transferred outside the European Union. In this case, the transfer will take place in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation (in particular, Data will be transferred only after signing the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission with decision 2021/914 / EU or to countries able to guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data and therefore recipients of an Adequacy Decision adopted by the EU Commission).
WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS THAT YOU MAY EXERCISE AS DATA SUBJECT?
You can exercise the rights that the Regulation guarantees you regarding your personal data by writing
to privacy@calzedonia.com.
We undertake to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than thirty days
from receipt of your report. In some cases, we will ask you for a copy of an identification document if,
in connection with your request, it becomes necessary to verify your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data conflicts with the provisions of the Regulation.
