How much is shipping and who delivers my order?
The cost of express courier delivery and to a pickup point is €9,95.
The cost of standard courier delivery and to a pickup point is €6,95. The standard shipping is always free for "Emé per Te" loyalty program members for orders over 250€.

What is the delivery timeline for my online order?
If you choose express delivery, the estimated delivery by express courier is 2 to 4 business days. Instead, by selecting standard shipping, the expected delivery time varies from 3 to 5 business days from the moment the order has been taken over from our warehouse. During some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order might be delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.
How can I track my order?
You can check the status of the order at any time by entering the "Orders" section, after logging in to your account. If you have not registered on atelier-eme.com, you can directly access the "Track your order/return" section. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. In this section, you can check and monitor your order through the "Track delivery" section.
Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?
Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.
Can I choose the time and date of delivery?
No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
I chose delivery to a pick-up point. How long is the parcel going to wait for me?
In case you chose delivery to a pickup point, you have 10 days to pick it up. In case it is not picked up, your order will return to our warehouse.
Can I have my order sent to an Atelier Emé store?
Yes, while placing your order, make sure to select a store. Delivery to store is free of charge.
I chose delivery to store. How long does it take for my order to arrive at the store?
The estimated delivery time for in store pick-up is 2-4 business days from the date of shipment from our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your package has been delivered at the store you have selected and you will have 10 days to pick it up in the store. How can I track my in-store order?

Can I collect my order in an Atelier Emé store and pay with cash?
Cash on delivery as a payment option is not available in the store. You can pay your order with the following prepaid payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Gift Card / e-Gift Card and Klarna.
What should I present in store to collect my order?
When you come to pick up your online order from the store, prepare your order number and first and last name.
Can I send someone else to pick up my order?
You can send your trusted friend to pick up your order from the store. Please note that they will have to sign the pick up document with their personal info.
I didn't collect my online order delivered to the store on time, how do I receive a refund?
In case you do not collect your order within 10 days from delivery to the store, you will receive an email informing you that the refund will be processed through the same payment method used when placing your order. The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account depends on your credit or debit card company.
