WHAT IS THE COOKIE?

WHICH COOKIE DO WE USE? HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENABLE OR DISABLE IT?

Data controllers (i.e. the subjects who determine the purposes and methods of processing of personal data) are Calzedonia S.p.a., with registered office in Malcesine (VR), Via Portici Umberto Primo 5/3, and administrative office in Dossobuono di Villafranca (VR), Via Monte Baldo n. 20, and Atelier Emè S.r.l., with registered office in Malcesine (VR), Via Portici Umberto Primo 5/3. RECIPIENTS OF DATA AND DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
The information collected through cookie will be communicated to:
- Calzedonia S.p.A. and Atelier Emè S.r.l. staff in charge of the management and monitoring of websites;
- suppliers and consultants, subject to the stipulation of a contract for the appointment of data processor or joint controller.
In some cases, the data could also be transferred outside the European Union to countries that adopt a level of data protection similar to the European one (and therefore recipients of adequacy decisions) or subject to the stipulation of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission with decision 2021/914 and aimed at subjecting the transfer to adequate guarantees of protection.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
You can exercise the rights that the law guarantees you regarding your personal data by writing to privacy@calzedonia.com. We will reply to your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than 30 days from the receipt of your report. In some cases, we may ask you for a copy of an identification document if, in connection with your request, it becomes necessary to verify your identity.
We also inform you that, if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is carried out in contrast with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
