How can I create an Atelier Emé account?
Go on the account icon on our website menù and click on "SIGN IN/REGISTER". In the pop-up window select the option "New user? Sign up now" and please follow the instructions. Otherwise, you can create an account by clicking here.
Can I log into Atelier Emé website using my social media account? Where can I check my personal information?
Yes, you can log in and/or register to atelier-eme.com with your social media account. Go on the account icon on our website menù and click on "SIGN IN/REGISTER". Select the desired social media and follow the instructions. You will be able to find your personal information in "My data" section. If you are logged in with a social media account, any change or update you make to your Atelier Emé profile will not affect the data of your social media account. Please be aware that you will not be able to see or modify your password in "My data" section.
What are the benefits of having an Account?
Having an Atelier Emé Account will provide you a more enjoyable shopping experience and the possibility to take advantage of the following benefits:
- Receive updates about our brand and exclusive offers;
- Faster checkout;
- Orders history;
- Save your favorite items in the wishlist.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you forgot your password, go to the "SIGN IN/REGISTER" section and click on “Did you forget your password?”.
Enter the e-mail address associated to your account and follow the instructions in the e-mail you will receive.
Make sure to follow these password requirements:
- contain at least 8 characters;
- contain at least one number;
- contain at least one capital letter or a special character;
- do not contain spaces;
- do not match with the email address used for the registration.
I am not receiving the e-mail with the link to reset my password. What should I do?
If you don't receive the e-mail to reset the password in your inbox, please check the "Spam" and/or "Promotion" folders. If you still don't receive the email, you can contact us at hello@atelier-eme.com.
How can I update my information?
Log in to your account with the e-mail you used during the registration and click on "PROFILE".
In this section you will be able to modify:
- your personal information in "My data" section;
- your shipping addresses in "Address Book" section;
- your credit cards information in "My cards" section.
I placed an order as a guest user. Can I add it to my account?
No, it is not necessary to have an account to place an order. At the checkout, you can select the "guest" option. However, having an account allows you to have access to different benefits and have a more pleasant shopping experience. In addition, you will be able to check your order in "Order History" section.
What is the difference between subscribing to the Newsletter and creating an Account?
By subscribing to the Newsletter, you will receive information about the last news and the promotions from Atelier Emé. The Newsletter subscription does not imply the creation of an Account. But if you decide to create an Account, you will be able to take advantage of the following benefits:
- Receive updates about our brand and exclusive offers;
- Faster checkout;
- Orders history;
- Save your favorite items in the wishlist.
How can I delete my Account?
Log in to your account with the e-mail you used during the registration and click on "PROFILE". In "MY DATA" section you can select "DELETE ACCOUNT". Please remember that you will no longer be able to take advantage of the benefits reserved to our registered customers.
How and when will I get a refund for my in-store return?
The refund will be made no later than 14 working days from the return of the products, using the method you have chosen among those accepted in the store where you have decided to make the return. Please note that the store is not required to return the amount of your return in cash.
